Fantasia 2007: 13 Beloved

The director Chookiat Sakweerakul was present at the screening of 13 Beloved, in North American premiere at Fantasia. Not surprisingly, it was a successful blockbuster in Thailand. The ending is reminiscent of that Korean flick Resurrection of the Little Match Girl, which opened Fantasia 2003, which is not necessarily a good thing. Very funny at some moments; hopefully it was a Fantasia movie, and we could all release (clap, laugh, complain) out loud, or it would've driven us mad.
