Coffee Yoghurt

If ever you were hungry past 11PM.

- 'firm' yoghurt (versus the usual stirred kinds). A few large spoonfuls.
- one teaspoon of sugar
- a drop of vanilla extract
- half a teaspoon of freshly ground espresso coffee

Mix well. Enjoy.
